I stayed at this property on a weekend as a single traveller. The staff were amazing and I was amazed with the quiet, garden view from my window. I had a significant saving on the cost of the room through mates special.

I stayed in Superior King Room with my son for 6 nights (including long weekend). Room, bedding and bathroom - all were clean. Staff was very helpful from the beginning till the end of our stay. During the long weekend the room service has been limited, but we could grab the towels and garbage bags at reception at any time so it was not really an issue. Breakfast is basic, but totally ok - scrambled eggs/beans/mushrooms/bacon/sausages/hash browns or cereals or toasts or pancakes. coffee machine, juice, water. We never left hungry. Plates/cutlery are all clean. Once I had difficulties finding vacant table, and had to wait for several minutes. During public holidays (probably 2 mornings) wooden cutlery was provided instead of normal, but that's not a big deal. Didn't experience any problems with the noise. Beds were clean and comfy. TV didn't work, but we don't usually watch it anyway. Wi Fi was good. Gym room is a not well aired, but we were still able to work out there - has all the necessary basic equipment and cooler with the water. Good convenient location, plenty of parking. Only once we had to park at the back, and it was just short walk to our room anyway. For the price - really good value, and staff is amazing.

Clean and comfortable room, easy access from airport and CBD. Fabulous service from staff. Great meals in restaurant.

Long queue at check-in and with only 2 staff involved this suggests understaffing. No bath towels in our allocated unit and, in spite of at least 3 calls to the office none had been delivered by 6 pm. Alerted a staff member in the restaurant about the situation and she procured 2 towels and got them to us. Enough parking bays for all units? Certainly not the case on the night of 27/01 which saw us parking at the rear of the complex where we were told the tourist buses would normally park. This area was unpaved and the surface was rough. This location saw us approximately 80 m from our unit.

As a previous conference sales executive for Accor for 5 years I was disappointed. There was always long wait times when calling in and on hold. Room 801 was dated. Shower took a long time to heat up. Air con in room was inadequate. Lights not on ready for arrival. Tv wasn’t programmed and ready for use. The guests I was travelling with were moved because of a drain smell/toilet smell. Then the second room they were moved to the tv didn’t work at all. Very disappointed considering the high standards held in Brisbane Novotel, Mercure and Ibis properties where o was employed 12 odd years ago.

Easy parking. The food in the restaurant was really yummy.

Room had a damp, mouldy smell. Bathroom had not been cleaned. Limited parking meant we had to park in a paddock away from our room. We had housekeeping the first night but the second night all we had was towels dumped on a bed- no top up of things like tissues, milk, face washers, clean mugs etc. Beds not made. Our room key wouldn’t work each day so we would have to go to reception to get it reset each time we came to and from the hotel

Friendly staff welcomed us with our dog. The property is well located and there is plenty of parking on site. We enjoyed our one meal from the restaurant.
