Excellent customer service. Perfect location to visit the bird sanctuary next door. 5 minute drive to the airport. Great dining options and bar. Equipped with pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room.

Loved this property and would definitely come back to stay again. All of the staff was extremely nice and welcoming! The property was quiet and tucked away in nature. There were a few bugs but that’s to be expected judging that we were almost in the middle of the rainforest so it wasn’t an issue. Rooms were clean and check-in was seamless. The electricity was out when we first got there but we used that time and explored the nature trail and sat out by the pool to relax while the maintenance was taken care of. Not an issue at all for us. Eduardo provided an exceptional level of service as well due to my taxi not accepting a credit card. I would definitely exchange my currency next time because most taxis prefer Brazilian Reals. Overall, I Loved my stay!

Great hotel in the Iguazu area. In terms of location it is ideal. A very short walk away from the main entrance to the park & also only a 5 minute drive from the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was ready early and we were also given a late check out which was very helpful. The restaurant in the hotel was also very nice which is useful as it is not walking distance to town. The room was clean and comfortable, overall I would definitely recommend for a stay in Iguazu.

Walkable to parque das aves and the falls!! Close to the airport and beautiful surroundings!

Great location to Park & Burd/Butterfly Sanctuary & Foz do Iguazu Airport. Favilities were excellent. Childrens room needs to be moved from next door to Spa. Breakfast fantastic. What let facilities down was Bar meals. Chef needs improvement in evening. Varios fresh salads, fresh veg & fresh fruit need be avail. Lettuce leaves, no dressing, nothing else is not an acceptible international side-salad. Hope they improve these things, then it would be great.

So close to the airport, quiet, lively pool area, good food, and right by the national park buses to the falls.

A very nice hotel after a long flight. It was very close to the airport and just a 10 minutes walk to the Waterfalls park. I was given an upgraded room, pool view, at no additional cost, and was welcomed with a bottle of champagne in my room plus they let me do a late check out. Young lady at the reception was amazing, so sweet and making sure everything was ok. Loves this place!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and nothing was too much effort for the staff, in particular Gabriel was fantastic and helped us rearrange our travel plans after learning the damage to the Argentinian side of the falls. The hotel was beautiful and well looked after and we’d love to stay again!

Great resort very clean and beautiful, wonderful staff. Complimentary breakfast is awesome. about 3 minute walk to the aviary and the helicopter tours, and maybe 6 minutes to the park. Few minutes drive to the airport. Wonderful location.

The location is perfect for visiting the falls and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a lovely travel person that helped us arrange our visit to the falls and our boat ride from the Brazilian side, which I highly recommend. She also arranged for an English speaking guide to take us to the Argentinian side of the falls. The pool at the hotel is beautiful and they make delicious tropical caipirinhas!
