Crystal Star Inn Edmonton Airport

It is out dated (style and amenities), but served the purpose for a single night to stay near the airport for an early morning flight.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean, beds were confortable. Clean sheets. A/C worked fine. The continental breakfast was okay but not impressive. Overall, the hotel is clean, spacious rooms. It just looks like it hasn't been redecorated since 1993. But the price was affordable and we did not except much from a one night stay at an airport hotel.

Clean and comfortable. A little dated decor wise, a basic, no frills, but very spacious room. Would likely stay again if heading to Edmonton airport. I felt very good value for money

I booked a suite, and didn’t realize it was a circle bed…. I’m sure the blanket has never been washed, stains were visible, the ‘fitted sheet’ didn’t fit, it was as hard as a rock. Everything felt tidy, but not clean. I asked for a new room, the manager was understanding, (he was great actually) but they were sold out. I asked for a clean blanket and he did give me a brand new one in packaging. I put a tshirt over the pillow as I wasn’t convinced it was clean. So disappointed. Breakfast was minimal, bagel, frozen waffles and cereal. Coffee with coffee mate. Glad I was travelling alone, I wouldn’t want to stay there with a family.

Always a pleasure to stay at the Crystal Star Inn. Hotel staff are courteous and helpful. We will always use this hotel when travelling to and from Edmonton Airport. Their parking fees are the best in that area, which is great !!

Only good thing was the airport parking and shuttle. Room was a joke. The couch area was a broken bunk bed with kids bedding on it- but a sign saying it was the couch? And 2 plastic chairs? Bed was separate- in an area with no AC? Nothing pictured like what we got. Door handles broken. Breakfast was also a joke- we did not feel it was safe to eat.

I was stranded by westjet and chose the best, cheapest option I could in case I was not refunded. Property was pleasant… but the pictures make it look nicer than it is. Not the typical place I would stay. Staff was lovely and very friendly. Location is great for Ubers to/from the airport. Lots of close dining options.

Was an amazing stay, the price is great for an budgeted option will travel here again
