Wyndham Garden Edmonton Airport

Spent the night after our flight. I love the option of checking in online to save time at the front desk, appreciate that so much when you’re so tired after a long day travelling. Room was super clean & bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

We love your hotel and it’s our first choice when travelling. But this past stay wasn’t as comfortable. You changed the bed pillows to small cushion pillows. It was so uncomfortable for us and we normally love your beds. Please put a couple king pillows back

Great location when you have an early morning flight.

Amazing breakfast, clean hotel, lots of parking well lit lot.

Stayed one night before heading to the airport the next day. Used the gym and the dining room. The gym was well equipped. Equipment was in working order and clean. The dining options were limited but the portion size was on the larger side. Breakfast was included and lots of hot and cold options to choose from. The hot tub and steam room were clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly, but the only issue was they forgot I had asked for a late checkout. The room was clean and spacious. Overall I would recommend this hotel for value for money and amenities.

Nice hotel close to Edmonton airport

They had breakfast, and shuttle to airport.

Imaginary shuttle from airport,I waited an hour, the hotel claimed the shuttle was coming, finally I took a cab for $20. Arriving at the hotel they admitted the shuttle was not on. But we’re angry at me that I would complain about the inconvenience. Hotel quality either rises or falls with the quality of the staff and management.

Overall this hotel had potential to be excellent. It was in a convenient location near the airport, and had easy access on and off the main highway. The staff were kind, and tried to be very helpful. Overall the room seemed to be clean on first inspection. When I pulled back the covers, there was a large stain on the sheets, which appeared to be bodily fluids of some kind. Horrified, I took a photo and went to the front desk to show the attendant. I asked for new sheets so I could change for fresh sheets, as it was very late at night. The attendant said he was not trained in housekeeping, and did not know if he could find new sheets. He went to the linen closet and came back with a stack of new bedding. Unfortunately when I got to the room I realized it was the wrong size sheets, but with how late it was, I decided to just use the flat queen sheet on top of the king size bed. It was disappointing that the sheets were stained, because not only is that a hygienic issue, it shows inattention to detail. It makes me wonder how much more in the hotel is dirty, and it was hard staying the full duration at the hotel knowing this.

Excellent value for money! A quiet, clean hotel near the airport. The shuttle was on time and the staff were very nice. We'll stay here again!
