Nice hotel for a short stay near the airport. I’m not sure if it is a hotels.com issue or the hotel itself, but when I booked I paid extra for the free breakfast, however, at the hotel they only gave me a voucher for $9 off breakfast (nothing on the menu was less than $12). So not really “free”.

Another great stay at the Four Points Sheraton in Nisku. A great place to stay while in the airport area. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great food, free breakfast and a free shuttle service. What more could you ask for?

We stayed with family, they accomodated by putting our two rooms side by side. We requested the bottom floor which we were told was pet friendly rooms upon check in, you would never have known. Very clean, no smell, etc. Super convenient airport shuttle. Comfy beds, lots of pillows. Nice pool and hot tub. Would for sure stay again

Have stayed here a few times and love the hotel itself. Close to airport for travel, big rooms, comfy beds and beddings, awesome customer service.
