Close to the airport.

Loved the proximity to the airport and the shuttle. Also loved the ability to park my car and pay! Huge plus for ease..means i will stay at both end of my trip.

I booked it just because it was cheap $77 i arrived at 11pm the parking lot was not very desirable and it was awkward trying to get inside late at night. Once inside i was pleasantly surprised it was very charming and lovely. Service was wonderful. We were hungry and the kitchen was closed but after talking with the staff they went out of their way to make us a meal. Rooms were very nice too.

It is an airport hotel. OK for one night as there is nothing much happening in the area. Comfortable beds. Bathtub very slippery and there are no rubber mats in the bathroom. Food is available but quite ordinary.

Ideally situated near the airport.

Desk sign indicates airport transportation schedule and advises to arrive early for transportation. At 05:45 AM I attempted to inquire about transportation for around 08:00 AM and was advised by attendant that transportation must be arranged at checkin. This is not what I was advised at check in nor what the sign at the front desk indicates. I immediately changed my plans for the day and made arrangements for separate transportation to the airport. This creating a great inconvenience to me.not to mention the extra expense. I had further requested an invoice indicating that I had checked out and this to was declined by the same person. To close I regularly travel and never have I experienced such an experience as today. If indeed this is your practice at the very least modifications to sign must indicate such. This most definitely reflects poorly on the Ramada image and brand. As well I will notify my peers and associates of the situation personally and via social media ASAP
