This was definitely close to the airport. It was quite far from downtown Edmonton or the West Edmonton Mall. In the end, we just stuck around the hotel for our brief stay. It is worth noting that the online presence was a little fuzzy. There is a second location downtown. That's the one with the pool and also has an airport shuttle service. I did not love the booking issues with Hotel.com, but I am glad I called ahead to get things straightened out before I arrived. We encountered a few staff members at the desk, but most of them disappeared into the back office without 'hellos' or acknowledgement. The one that remained was very overwhelmed and honestly slow. Maybe she was training? I really liked the room...I just wished it really was in Edmonton!

Service was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Only thing I was disappointed in was no breakfast available if you have to leave early for flights or anything else.

Great hotel , very clean , great staff , excellent food best Caesar salad . Price point are very good , close to edmonton airport with free shuttle , always on time , just a great place to stay .

Never got to stay, WestJet flight cancelled, never made it to hotel, but they still charged me, wouldn’t let me cancel, will never stay at this hotel again.
