I like that include breakfast & parking , I didn't like that no microwave in the room & the laundry is inconvenient.

The room quality and consistency were poor throughout the hotel. We were placed with a patio overlooking the Tesla charging stations and countless taxi driver smokers. When I mentioned it at the front desk. All she did was apologize for my experience. No offer to remedy. My room by housekeeping was also quite noisy.

Website stated airport shuttle which is primarily why we stayed there and that service is no longer available Construction outside Stale dated rooms Staff were caring and accommodating

Booked this hotel as it was supposedly close to the hospital. A $25+ taxi ride is not close. No safe in room. Breakfast was good and the adjoining pub was convenient for an evening meal and they deliver right to your door. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

This property has been updated and it’s lovely. The staff are super helpful and pleasant. My only frustration in that the contractor who provided the airport shuttle closed their business so I was left paying for a cab to the airport and I wasn’t aware of this change. Otherwise I recommend this hotel.

I loved how I was accommodated for parking my car, shuttle back and forth and promise for to go breakfast due to early departure. I was blown away with the one stop shopping. From now, this will be my hotel whenever I visit Kelowna

Beautiful view from the 6th floor. Quiet, clean, and accessible. Lots of parking spots. Location is a vit far from downtown, but rather easily accessible by car. Had a pleasant stay!

Really enjoyed the room with the private patio and courtyard view. It was bright and cheerful with the sliding glass patio doors. The breakfasts were delicious. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful with booking the airport shuttle.
