My stay was very good, the rooms are spacious and clean. Ample parking and easy access from Highway 97. The breakfast could be improved, especially the coffee, but you can make a good cup with the Kuireg in the rooms.

Nothing major, just a little detail things. There's plenty of electrical outlets and USB in the room for use which is a nice touch, as for a traveling tourist you always have gadgets that needs to be charged up every day. However, in the bathroom, there's not enough of wall hooks for hanging and drying the towels, instead of the hooks theres shelves for you to place the towels but will not dry faster enough.

Bathroom clearly hadnt been properly cleaned in awhile; large accumulation of dirt and grime in the corner of the bathroom counter.
Free EV charger in parking lot.
Soundproofing was average, I've definitely experienced worse.

Hotel is nice, clean and reasonably priced for what you get. The frustrating part is most of the parking is at the back of the hotel and they keep the back entrance locked. So when you arrive, you park at the back and then have to drag all of your luggage around the whole building to the front in order to check in even though they say that the back door is supposed to be open till 10PM. That is not a good introduction to the hotel.

This is a lovely clean property. Very convenient access. However, there was a drug deal in the parking lot when we arrived late at night. We felt somewhat uncomfortable parking the car and entering the lobby.

Beds great,tad noisy highway side. Clock in pool/spa needs batteries replaced so you can know how long you've been in jacuzzi.
Breakfast tasty but someone should keep things filled. Ran out of pancake batter,toast and sausages/ hash browns.
Very clean premises, parking well lit. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Room was nice and as depicted in pictures. It was also quiet & clean. Staff members were pleasant.
We felt the homeless situation in Kelowna added a negative vibe outside, but inside the hotel felt safe.
Staff was pleasant but a bit lethargic. Breakfast was ok, but not all food items were available in the first 1/2 hour. A live fly type of creature fell into my glass of juice when I pressed for the juice to run. I squashed the creature in my napkin, but I did not drink the juice. Check out was slow as we had to wait for someone to attend the checkout desk.

The homeless in the parking lot was unnerving. The elevator stunk. The eggs at breakfast where disgusting. And the lady at the front desk during check-in was a wee bit rude. Overall,it was an OK stay.
