The airport shuttle was a great perk. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and clean. It was handy to have Tim Hortons across the parking lot. The heated pool was very relaxing.

Absolutely terrible experience. Booked a park And fly with a late check out. Waited over an hour for the shuttle even after calling several times. Kept being told wait 5 minutes. Was told to wait at the departure doors but shuttle left full after picking up at the arrival doors. Then they forgot about our late check out and called the on and knocked on the door before 12 asking why we didn’t check out. Notes were on the reservation confirming late check out. When we tried to explain our concerns to the front desk staff they were rude and dismissive. Never again.

The Manager going above and beyond to get my family parking for our trip
