There was no shuttle service, construction next door, restaurant closed early, none of the vending machines worked, slots for change were glued shut. Customer service was terrible, they couldn’t get me an airport taxi. Were gossiping and chatting not interested in doing their job. No gluten free options on breakfast menu. Soooo disappointing.

Booked this hotel as it was near the airport and a reasonable price for an unexpected layover. We were not very impressed, hotel was in rough shape and unclean. The hotel smelled bad and felt a little unsafe.

Elevator can fit 2 people with carry on. Parking lot full and no parking available. Was there for a funeral and it was hectic no parking.

The Hotel location is convenient and price is a little bit expensive for this type of hotels . Wal-Mart is a 10 minutes walk .No airport transfer service nor breakfast 😕
Staff are very helpful and polite.

We got this hotel because it was close to the airport, it was nice but we didn’t like the bathrooms , small and not the lighting in there was bad . But overall if you are looking for a clean hotel which is close to the airport this is a good choice .

Good location for someone not needing to get downtown. We were visiting 3 different families in the same general area near the hotel. One night in the hotel, then back to Ontario the next day.
Close to the airport & highway. Rooms are nice but the bathrooms are pretty sad looking. Entry doors are very loud. Bathroom fan is very loud.

Was handy as a quick stop over for the airport and did what we paid for. Would note that with the hotel being located in an Industrial area, there are not many options for dining or having a drink near by, the hotel options where closed when we where there.

Poor outdated facilities but rooms are clean. Noisy, parking area is dirty and construction everywhere around the property.

Really disappointed with this hotel. Big room, minute old bathroom. Furniture as basic as it gets, one ceiling light right at the window, table lamps with bare bulbs. Car park all dug up and access point right at the end of a highway slip road making it dangerous to turn into. Under the flight path to the airport, adjacent to major roads, car park right outside the window so noisy, noisy, noisy. In additiona very rude guests makeing a lot of noise in the corridor before 7am (not the hotesl fault). I would not stay here again. Its only saving grace was that it was clean.

The property itself was really good! The restaurant in the hotel served really good food! Being this was our first time to Montreal, we did not know the area. It appears that the hotel is building a new structure which will be their future home. Hopefully, the area which is industrial will get more friendlier for travellers.
