Great value for money, we did not use the hotel because the near location to the airport, but due to fair price and good standards and a really nice breakfast buffet.

Breakfast was great, shuttle to and from the airport was appreciated. Only think that was a bit annoying was your key only gets you to your floor, we had family on a separate floor that we couldn’t get too.

I was here for 2 night's, and had experienced during both morning's at breakfast not very polite staff. Very pushy to get you out of their way to fill a station and just before the time to close up they literally stood at the door refused anyone going in and told the people in there to hurry up and get put so they can close the breakfast station Not very nice at all, but other than that and the parking spots being very tight squeeze for an suv. I had a great time and will come back. SM

Location is far from downtown. But it is very clean and facilities are all in excellent condition. A lot of parking. Good for people has car to drive around.

Quiet area and conveniently close to airport. My kids enjoyed watching planes coming in and out of Ottawa. Pool fun for hot weather or just to have a dip or enjoy the hot tub.

One of the best hotels we've stayed so far. Exceeded our expectations, from reception, hotel staff, amenities, food, room and safety. Free buffet breakfast and parking plus airport view were great addition too. Superb experience overall.

We love the Fairfield when staying in Ottawa. It’s handy to the airport and the shuttle service is good both ways. The rooms are huge and come with everything one needs. Breakfast is very comprehensive with something for everyone. The hot section comes with scrambled eggs, bacon and omelettes.

Great hotel. Seems brand new. Rooms are very spacious and quiet. Hotel is spot. Staff are very friendly and responsive. Breakfast was great. Pool, hot tub and gym are excellent. Free parking on site. Bus stop out front. Highly recommend.
