Close to the airport, a Lone Star, A&W, and a gas station. Right at the corner of Hunt Club and Paul Anka. Not far from South Keys. Easy to get around. Good place for an overnight stay if you are travelling through Ottawa for a day or two.

My review is based on previous stays at this hotel. Regrettably, my last stay did not happen as flights were canceled etc. Altho my booking was non-refundable, mgmnt were kind enough to give me a break on one night. That to me epitomizes customer service and is a good reason for why I choose IHG hotels as first choice.

Large spacious room with a tub. On site free parking. Steps away from Lone Star and A&W, and a gas station and car wash. Beds and pillows not as comfortabe if you prefer a firmer mattress. Quiet area. Not far from the airport.

Came in at 11:30 due to plane . Only two towels for three people, no Kleenex . A comforter on one bed . Meaning I duvet, and on the other bed there is next to nothing. It was like a small sheet and then a thin thin thing put in a duvet cover in so I froze. Just come here lots as I travel lots and this was the only time I can say it was not good .

Booked here specifically for proximity to the airport after my flight was cancelled. Also booked here specifically because of the airport shuttle. However, when it was time to leave for the airport I was told the shuttle was "snowed in". Oh well.
