The washrooms were not that great! Toilets wouldn’t flush nicely. Also the person at the checkin desk was clueless when I showed up the second day of booking as my flight got cancelled. I however, called in advance to give a heads up and informed that i will not be able to make it for the fiddle night of my booking. My booking was also paid full in advance!

Checkin was easy and room is as expected for price - only negative is there are no working lights in the parking lots and the “back” lot is especially dark.

I stayed 3 nights. The property had plenty of free parking and it was easy to get into the city on the 92 and 94 bus routes. There was some hall noise now and then from people talking, but it wasn't too bad. The twin room is tiny, so if I come back, I'll get one of the larger room. Overall, a great value.

Good value. It has all the conveniences of a hotel. There are tiny flying insects that can break through screen windows at night, so the best way is to draw the curtain to block the light, or simply close the window.

This is a college dorm. As parents on reunion trip with two grown children, who are recent college graduates, we reserved one queen room for us and a room with two twin beds for them and it was cheaper than any other accomodation with 3 beds and worked great for everyone. Rooms were on a different floors, which was fine for us. But it's still a dorm. Clean rooms, but very basic, tiny showers, towels looked more like hand towels than bath towels (luckily, we had our own beach towels), rooms had only refrigerators. We brought our own electric tea kettle to make tea and instant coffee. So if you travel by car and understand what it is, it works great as a very budget friendly way to stay close to Quebec city.

I needed somewhere to stay last-minute and the rest of Quebec was sold out for the long weekend. The room was incredibly basic, but the price was great and the check-in in English was seamless. Didn't have any issues with the shared bathroom situation either. The location is not great if you're visiting the Old City, but there is a beautiful lake nearby and the airport is only 15 minutes away. Thanks very much for bailing me out!

Private 'dorm room' with sink in the room and bathroom/showers down the hall. University campus, quiet residential 'hall' with grocery store not far away. Easy commute to city centre. Great wifi. Easy checkin and helpful staff. Perfect place for a budget solo traveller.
