Hilton Garden Inn Saskatoon Downtown

Our truck had a window smashed out during the night. While parked in the hotel assigned parking.

For the most part it was okay. But when your forced to pay $16 a night for parking. In an unsecure lot, where my truck got broken into. All they had to really say was, if something was stolen call the police. Alot of help and alot of concern on thier part.

This hotel is fairly average. Nothing special but a place to rest your head. The location is a bonus as it’s close to lots of attractions and restaurants. The hotel itself is a bit rundown, the rooms are small. The bed was very comfortable which was a pleasant surprise. The pool was nice, we didn’t get to use the hot tub as it was tiny and only 3 people fit comfortably. The hotel was easy to find and there was lots of parking available, although it is paid parking even if you are a patron of the hotel. There was some mold around the bathtub which was a bit unpleasant to see, also no bathroom fan which is inconvenient when travelling with others. Overall it was a good stay but if you’re looking for a fancier experience you may want to look elsewhere. If it’s an overnight stop this is a good choice.

No secure parking. Area in decline. Would not recommend to anyone

Our stay was good convenient for our show . But you have to pay for parking I don’t know how these company figure you get their with out a vehicle and their not compact to put in your suitcase and take it to your room so instead of charging me for my vehicle which I need charge for swimming pool , gym room , wifi all which I don’t use and $16.00 is a little high for non security’s parking

No parking spot..I parked at the nearby mall which I paid $20.

Staff could’ve looked more happy when talking to me and there could be a better parking situation

The walls are paper thin and the people who stayed next door to us were partying all night and being very loud. We had to make several noise complaints. This would have been better solved by putting us in a separate room and not directly next door to an Adjoining room when there were several rooms available. The elevators were extremely slow, we had to wait about 5-10 minutes for an elevator. I did feel safe parking vehicle outside, thought that there was underground parking available.

I liked the jetted tub. I liked the parking.

Cost of parking was very high. Rooms are being redone but not real upscale for a Hilton hotel
