West Wing at Park Town

Rooms were quite run down. Tub plug didn’t work. $50 holding fee was not Mentioned at time of booking Had to pay for parking Been in many other hotels with same price which offered a lot More

We were charged $15.00 for overnight parking since we didn’t book directly with the hotel(Park Town). I didn’t appreciate the charge.

The location was amazing. The shuttle service was great. The driver was fun to talk to. The pool and hot tub was great. The gym was just fine but required renovation.

Sound travels through the doors from the hall as if there is no door. ☺️ No towels at the pool. Still comfy and felt safe and slept well. Not bad.

Location was excellent for meeting my travel needs.

Hated paying for parking No coffee until 7 am No gym till 6 am Neighborhood was unsafe Paper thin walls Staff were great and it was clean

We got a complimentary upgrade out of the west wing which was nice. Absolutely beautiful lobby. Right along the river with access to park and paths. Close to downtown and the hospital and university. Staff were great. Only downside was that we had to pay for parking which was a surprise though. (15$ a day).

The staff were fantastic. However, the room heater did not work, parking was difficult and there were short black hairs all over the carpet that were picked up by our socks. Only one set of towels were in the room for 2 guests. The loby and common areas where clean. The entrance to the hotel is cramped and dark.

The property itself is in a beautiful location. The parking is a little sketchy but that is out of their control. Breakfast in the restaurant looking out over the river in the morning is pretty awesome!

Stayed there with my family for one night. The room we were given was at the very far end of the property so we got our exercise going there. That end of the property had a very musty/mouldy smell and I asked for a different room but they were completely booked. We stayed and I helped the smell in our room with some oils but I was stuffed up from it in the morning. We had to get a maintenance man in to get the toilet unplugged. The fan in the bathroom was so loud you could barely talk over it. On the plus side… The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and clean and it was very nicely layed out. The hot tub was fantastic!! Staff was very pleasant and nice to deal with. All in all we probably will not stay there again as the extra costs that were tacked on didn’t make it a savings from the other hotels that had the same conveniences. Extra 15$ for parking over night. But parking was very secure given the area. No breakfast or even coffee in the lobby. The value for the dollar was not as it seemed.
