Convenient location with parking. Amazing view from our room. Friendly helpful staff. Elevator slow at times. Water pressure bit lacking but would definitely stay here again.

Water pressure was poor and parking is not adequate for the number of guests which makes for a frustrating experience finding parking. The staff was very friendly, both on the desk and especially at the bar/restaurant and providing breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent location. Very accomodating with parking out tryck and motorcycle trailer. Would highly recommend thus property.

The hotel is great, perfect location, complimentary parking lot is a real bonus and the staff are lovely so friendly and helpful. Jennifer in the restaurant is a wonderful lady and the food is great. Very accommodating to adjust meals for food allergies with vegan options. Lots of options for other restaurants and not far from all the shopping on Water Street.

Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff. The receptionist in particular was fabulous and was a bright spot amidst the travel woes we were experiencing.

Great location, rooms are a bit tired and dark. Free parking, outside with very limited spaces. First night, no parking available, had to park next door after 10:00pm and move the car out early. The location was great, near all the shops and restaurants, a good view of the harbour.

Lovely hotel that’s close to downtown. Pleasant staff at the front desk. We were disappointed that they have not followed most major hotel chains and offered free ice cold water available in the lobby (not in small bottles - in a large reusable container that staff can clean & replenish - often with cucumbers or fruit or just ice cold water). We were not the only guests who commented on its absence. Most people now travel with their own reusable water bottles - but nowhere at this hotel to fill it up. Something to consider.
