Wasnt aware of parking xtra Room wasn't fully cleaned, beer caps and bar wrappers left in room feom someone else.

The parking was very confusing As It seemed that I had to pay for Parking which I did and on my way out I meet the Gentleman and he told me that Parking was free for people who stayed at the hotel. I did not have time to go back in and question it But if it was free I paid $15:75 for no reason which I am not happy about. Other then that , our stay was great

The Staff went above and beyond to make our stay a nice one! I stayed at many hotels in St John's because getting a flight closer to my parents in Gambo is expensive..It's was a Anniversary celebration as well during this stay...I will pick this hotel over other fine ones in the future..They are Awesome!

Awesome hotel. Staff are very accommodating and helpful. Very clean. Underground parking is too low for higher pickup trucks. Homeless people are constantly walking around outside the building and nearby area. No issues with these folks only the ones constantly harassing you for money.

Overall it was a great stay but the room we stayed in had carpet tears and the next door parking parkade was confusing as it was under construction. Either than that the lobby and bar area was clean, tidy and had lots to offer. The lobby staff and service was friendly and inviting. We will be staying again in the future.

Right at the time of check-in, I did not feel welcomed. I felt like I was putting the front desk staff out as they may have had something better to do. There was no one offering us any guidance or support around navigating the access to parking or the layout of the hotel. It was super disappointing to feel so unwelcome. The good news was that it was 3 minutes from George Street but that won't be enough for me to book at stay at this hotel again.

Very convenient location downtown; parking was a bit confusing for a friend. Great staff who were able to accommodate me and my friend during Hurricane Lee 🙂
