Dark. 1tiny window high in wall. 2 beds and a table but only 1 chair. Uncomfortable bed. Wheelchair parking and ramp to door but inside requires approximately 4 steps down to front desk. Inconvenient for luggage.

Lacking in accessibility. Marble stairs at entrance - fan shape and railing off to side and therefore not easy to use. Asked about alternate entrances for patron with limited mobility and was told this was best - no ramp entrances. Bringing suitcases in another patron had to bring them in for me and down the stairs Toilets are very low and were challenging to use and the beds very high with soft edges, so also challenging for the elderly and those with limited mobility building is older so noise travelled, could hear patrons above us till well after midnight rooms were clean and large, well laid out with chairs and table but the other limitations would prevent me from booking again

The staff were great from the front desk to the cleaning staff. Bed was comfortable, parking was plentiful and the location was perfect.

Older facility which could do with some renovations to make it worth the rate it charges. The staff are friendly and helpful and the location is great. Easy to get to. Lots of parking available.

Staff was polite and friendly made me feel welcome. But no restaurant and no airport shuttle which is a big factor to consider when booking this hotel in the future.

It was late at night appx 12:45 am when we checked in and asked service rep for a late check out due to a long travel day. Time we showered and went to bed it was appx 2:00am only to be awaken by banging noises in the next room 9am by workers from the hotel. Complained to the manager but was told they have to check with Hotels .com which I don’t understand as it was their employees that caused the noise. Not impressed at all please check with Ramada Hotel to see if something can be done .

Their website says that they provide a shuttle to the airport however this was not the case. Had to pay out of pocket for a taxi.

Stayed here overnight when picking up our son and daughter at the airport. We brought our dog and there were no problems with that. The room was large with a separate comfy chair and roomy enough to accommodate our dog kennel. I had to ask for a late check-out and it was given immediately without question. My husband found the bed hard but I thought that it was fine, personal preference I guess. The linens were not as soft and luxurious as I have experienced in other hotels but they were clean.
