I got bit by tiny flying insects called “No-see-em’s” on my first night. Changed rooms next day and four days later, I still have red bites on one side of my face and neck that still itches :(

It's our first time to stay in a hotel that mice were found not only in one room but in several rooms in multiple floors. This reflects the cleanliness of the area. And unfortunately, the parking area at the back, some of the guest vehicle was vandalized/break-in. This reflects the safety of the area.

The staff is nice our flight is delayed we check in at 1am and the staff give us a VIP room and a complimentary drinks. It was a very good stay

There's nothing wrong with the hotel or staff and they're upgrading parts of it now. The kids loved the water slides.
The area surrounding is a bit dicey and we were approached multiple times in the parking lot from people asking for lighters, cigarettes, etc

Front desk staff very friendly. Comfortable room with loud AC but we liked having the noise. Good location near all stores and airport

Locaion was good if you are just in town for a few days but you need a car and if an event is happening at the hotel have fun parking

Located in a convenient location, close to airport, shopping mall, or there for a conference. Hotel requires some updates. If you like soft mattresses, you’ll be fine. Pillows were also uncomfortable. Staff were great.
