I loved how the room came with a kitchen, it was super spacious and it was super clean. There was good amount of parking and side doors if you didn’t want to walk

I always enoyed my stay there. It is located close to anemities and easy acess for parking. I cant say that i didnt like anything it is a lovely hotel.

It was amazing.Staff friendly. Airport shuttle was excellent with the Manager providing his own personal car when the hotel vehicle developed fault. Dipon a staff was superb extraordinary. He deserves commendation.

Beautiful room and confortable. Very good service. Only downside, our room was on the main floor and the window on the parking. Unfortunately, the hotel put the ashtray by our room window in the parking lot. So, no intimacy and noisy because gathering of people smoking and chating. The most inconvenient were the gatherings between 10pm and 1am.

I asked for shuttle service to airport and they said they were understaffed and could not take me. I took a cab for 18.00 even though they list it as there service. I also had trouble on previous stays, waited at airport for 2 hours for pickup.

We were put in a room directly underneath the gym and had to listen to people running around and dropping weights until 3am which kept my baby up. We ended up getting a late checkout for the noise and housekeeping knocked on my door every 30 minutes to try and clean the room. The pool was packed and did not look clean. The parking lot is so tiny for 2 hotels we had to park on the street. Will not be staying here again!

We canceled our reservation the night before check in due to the winter storm warnings. They said they would look into waiving the 1 night charge as the person to approve this was not available. They charged us anyhow. Frustrating as the storm was unsafe for us to travel especially with kids. Had we gone the highways ended up being closed and we would have been stranded. Poor understanding or exceptional circumstances on their part. Will not use them ever again.

Must say the laundry room on the 6th floor was wonderful! There are six washing machines & six dryers- this the first time seen a hotel who can accommodate a traveller! The rooms were unique - really liked the layout and furniture was clean and new. Only thing is parking, it can really be hard to find a spot because there are 3 hotels so close together that share the the parking lot.
