Courtyard by Marriott Santiago Airport

Convenient hotel close to SCL airport, free shuttle, rooms to international standard given the star number. Has decent on-site restaurant, with good breakfast. Worth the price given the convenience.

The airport shuttle is not easy to organize or convenient. The rooms are fine and breakfast also.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the airport transfer was a huge plus. The breakfast buffet was decent, and the restaurant runs all night, which meant we could get a snack after arriving from the airport at one in the morning. The lack of good soundproofing in the rooms and the sliding door in the bathroom that doesn’t really close completely were the two points we found against the hotel.

I liked that it was busy and there was always staff 24/7. Even the restaurant was open 24/7. It was pretty well protected as well and the shuttle to the airport was free.

Close to the airport

This is a modern, spacious, comfortable hotel a few minutes drive from the airport. The hotel has a free shuttle from the airport, you need to call and book it. This was the nicest hotel we found in South America.

Nice place very clean, close to the airport

Two things happen one was I try to use safety deposit box I put my stuff and close it without using the code and safe Lock it self . Now they have no one to help me thanks god my flight was next day evening . So teachicsn came next day a 8 am after me going to counter 2 times . Than coffee maker don’t work they told me some one will call me but no one did

Our family stayed here before a flight . The hotel was nice . We had a good dinner in the hotel . Access to the airport was easy . We would stay again .

Open shower concept is not enjoyable, lets cold air in the shower. No face/wash cloth towels? Single use soap in one shower. 1 Bottle of water in the room isn't enough to make a coffee. Staff was not very helpful at the front desk. Left to figure out far too much as a foreign traveler. The guy who checked me in seemed to be upset he had to speak English and wouldn't charge the company account. I had to pay out of pocket which through my trip for a loop (Different amounts for Debit, than in using Credit this felt like a scam). The hotels Bartender and Male server were great, but all of the ladies were unwelcoming and un-attentive, despite seeing me every day and getting generous tips not even one proper greeting or smile. The hotel elevator works by fob, but if you are on the second floor it's roulette, as you will never know if your floor is properly selected. The indicator light was out in both elevators. This hotel is in an industrial area, surrounded by factories with electrified fences and security dogs. Hotel is a quality hotel, staff needs some work, location is fine if you want to be close to the airport but not hear planes. Nothing else of any value in walking distance.
