Be careful if you want to check in before 3 pm as they charge extra, not good if you are coming off of a overseas night flight. Shower head in room not working correctly. Staff is good and restaurant the same.

First off, we waited for well over an hour for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. We finally just got an Uber to get there. Then, we waited for 1/2 hour to check in with only one guest in front of us. Finally, the bathroom towels, or maybe the entire bathroom, smelled of cigarette smoke. I won't stay there again.

There was a bit of a mix-up when we schedule the pick-up from the airport, so make sure you talk with front desk, not customer service in a remote location. Other than this, they have everything you expect from that type of hotel : 24/7 reception, restaurant w/ room service, fitness center, airport shuttle. Breakfast was good and varied, and they let us leave our luggage for a few days which saved us money on airplane luggage, thanks for that!

this was my 3rd stay in 2 weeks - great airport stop over - it was lovely stay, airport shuttle was great - only downside was scrambled eggs were cold both times I took the breakfast

Even the reservation was paid in advance, they gave me a bill to pay. Later they said it was a mistake . The room's entry key did nor work twice. The hotel is near the airport and is a good choice for one night stay.

Tainted by the experience of a booked transfer booked through the hotel that didn’t work out and left me in a scary and vulnerable situation. They were not at all concerned about this so my experience of this hotel is based on a very awful arrival experience. I would not recommend this hotel. Also it’s nowhere near the airport.
