Crowne Plaza Resort Fiji Nadi Bay Resort & Spa, an IHG Hotel

I paid for a beach view ...this turned out to be a construction site view. Although a new hotel simple design errors one plug in kitchen behind the microwave so no way to plug in kettle or coffee maker, no soap in small bathroom, no instructions on how to use TV and the bedroom one needed manitence man to re program before it would go. Very loud music playing from pool bar meant to late in evening meant no chance of an early sleep for us leaving on early flights. Poor lightning in lounge made it hard to read. I'm not sure who has designed the studio suites but it's disappointing to see basic design flaws.shiwwr has no hot or cold indicator and it took ages to get hot water to flow. Paint work poorly executed and groute on tiles was already discoloured.no instructions on how to use AC unit but manitence man was kind and as he was fixing TV showed me how to use it Breakfast was good.hotel organized taxi to airport and that worked well Great cocktail at beach bar earlier in the day and beef burger latter. Not a hotel I'd return to but for some it may suit

Although brand new and opening in phases, this resort is very well run and we did not feel like we were missing for anything, so we cannot wait to come back when fully complete. Every single team member was friendly, helpful, caring, and professional. The resort is beautiful, in a great location being 15min from the airport, the restaurants are well designed and gorgeous aesthetic - for food choices there is lots of variety amongst the different restaurants and also kid friendly. Kids club was great also. For us, the experience with staff was the standout - the most wonderful team. A special shout out to Mereoni , Linda, Sam, Sakaraia, Waisake, Nico, Semi, Lithia, Sekove, and Eli - yourself and the rest of your team made our holiday so special. We will miss you! I can’t forget the lovely ladies and gentleman at The Bean Bar Panapasa, Matelita, Makitala - amazing service and delicious treats! Thank you to the many other team members that we haven’t mentioned by name, your kindness is second to none. A huge thank you to Shikha and the patisserie chef for the beautiful birthday cakes you helped me organise, so delicious. Wishing Crowne Plaza and their beautiful staff all the success with the remainder of opening, well done on a fantastic start. Note: I saw other reviews about construction noise, and honestly, this does not bother us one bit, pretty much could tune it out like white noise in the background. Lots of pool seating and there are always people coming and going

Was very disappointed with this booking as we booked an ocean view suite and payed 700$ cdn a night to only see and hear construction. Only 1 restaurant was open. I will admin the restaurant was beautiful and food was amazing. Lobby was absolutely gorgeous. It is very close to the airport so be aware of planes taking off and landing. Staff was very friendly. Once construction completed I’m sure it will be an amazing resort for a vacation.

Amazing Property with great dining options, close to the ocean, close to the airport, very convenient.

Lovely pool it will be a great resort when all finished. A little built of noise from the airport but otherwise great for a few nights stay.

It’s a very nice and quiet place for a night stay. Very close to Nadi airport. Enjoy the room and restaurant. Food is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. You can access the beach from hotel.

Overall the hotel itself was beautiful. But the transportation is very inconvenient. We should have a shuttle to n from the airport.
