We were locked in the parking garage after arriving late. There was no hot water in the bathroom when I wanted to bath and the bathroom lights would not turn on. There was no staff present and the self check in was very inconvenient. Was not for us.

Very convenient hotel for the way back from holiday. Easy parking below hotel. Great room, friendly people and the coffee/tea in the lobby is great for the road. Next to hotel shopping mall with several restaurants and take away

Was there for a trade show and a convenient shuttle took us to Basel fair daily. Easy free pass on tram brought us back nightly. Nice restaurant attatchme and shopping center with grocery store, etc. Room was modern and nice, but pricey at $538.00 nightly. This wasn't a luxurious five star property!

We were in town on business and traveled back and forth to Allschwill. The tram service was convenient. We trammed into town for dinner. Hotel was very quiet

Close to tram and bus station 15 minutes (driving) to the airport A shopping mall with food court and supermarket just beside the hotel Nice Staff.. and much more. Highly Recommended!!

Welcoming, clean. moderm, facilities terrirfic, coffee / tea and available at any time, I love this. I am sick and tired of having to pay for everything in hotels and I travel a lot. Close to airport - perfect. So helpful. They also give you a pass for Public transport. All other hotels should follow this concept - if I am back in Basel - I would go straight there.

Excellent checkin and out. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who were extremely helpful. Very nice, spacious room that was perfect for us (mature couple with 5 year old granddaughter). Had all the amenities you could ask for including built in adapter and an umbrella in case it rains. We loved the complimentary beverage station in the lobby. Location next to a large mall was very convenient as well as being only a short walk to the tram to go directly downtown in 10 minutes or so. The complimentary bus passes were much appreciated, and we were able to buy discounted tickets for the zoo directly from the Reception, which saved us lining up. This hotel is conveniently located, close to downtown as well as being close to the airport and nearby restaurants. Highly recommend it if you are visiting Basel and would chose it again for ourselves.

Perfect for before the river cruise. Allowed us to check in an hour early and and hour late. Very friendly. Very helpful with all requests. Restaurant attached. Arranged taxi to port due to father in a wheelchair but were close enough to walk if we had not had the wheelchair and luggage. On the transport route and provided free passes which unfortunately we did not use.

This hotel is ideally located for the complimentary tram ride into the city (15 mins) and the airport by taxi (15 mins.) Right next to a shopping mall, this is a business hotel. Bar menu could be better as the steak house next door can be costly without much variety if you stay for a week. The basic hotel internet is included in the room rate and is adequate. The shower is great! Good security and friendly staff who learn names, which is impressive. The rooms are clean, but quite basic and could do with a make-over as are becoming quite tired, worn and marked. Just wooden floors, formica and white walls - a picture or some fabric would make them more appealing, but for the price, you should not be disappointed with your stay here if you like Ikea!

Newly renovated fresh looking and feeling rooms. Perfect for business travel. Quiet + comfy bed = good sleep. Not directly in the city center, but excellent/frequent public transportation, that is free of charge for those staying in the hotel. Good location for runners/bicycle riders.
