The check in staff is courteous & granted us the request for late check out. She even upgraded us to ocean view room. The hotel also offers the free airport shuttle.

Check in was super efficient. Trust me, I have travelled a lot. In about 45 sec, my 2 key cards were ready with 1 question - breakfast? I opted not to. She gave me the checkout time. That’s it .. wow ! How many places, I have been and all the frivolous greetings followed by endless search for my reservation! Clean, well appointed rooms and above all the interior made me feel safe and comfortable. Restaurants within the property and some dotted around. Shuttle bus very convenient to get back to airport. Will definitely come back

The location was a bit challenging. We were at mercy of the hotel shuttle schedule to and from the nearest MTR station. Otherwise, ot was an excellent experience.

This was a very clean, nice hotel that worked well for us visiting Disney and the Tung Chung tram. The staff was very helpful with all of our requests and questions. The transportation shuttle from the airport and to the train station was very convenient.

The curtains in the room seem to be unable to block the light from entering. Also, the taxi outside the hotel refused to let me go where I wanted to go. I know this is not the hotel's problem.

Great transit hotel in Hong Kong. Easy to get to with their free shuttle. Room is clean and spacious enough to fix at least 2 large luggages comfortably. Another great feature is their 24 hour room service!

This is a very nice and quiet hotel. They have airport transportation, which is greatly appreciated when you’re tired from traveling. Also, there’s an option to go to the local train station which has a mall, the cable car to the Big Buddha, dining options and the trains downtown! The staff was helpful and got us everyone we wanted to go. Thanks Amber!!
