Staffs very helpful and polite. Very convenient with shopping mall right along side, wi the plenty of eateries. Convenient to airport. Great for a comfortable layover.

Stayed here during my 12 hour layover in Hong Kong and it was a wonderful experience. They provided transportation to and from the airport and the staff was very accommodating. The hotel is also connected to a huge outlet mall so although we arrived late, there were plenty dining/entertainment options available still.

Close proximity to airport which meets our #1 need. Hotel also offers frequent free shuttle service and this is a wonderful feature. I found the doors (room door plus toilet door) are heavy and post challenges to some people. Staff members are professional. Found a little slow posting credit card deposit refund though, this may be credit card company issue. Overall a very wonderful experience.

It is more than I have expected. The service is admiring. I was in a hurry to call the luggage service to the airport shuttle; the staff transferred my luggage to the ground in time.

Staying just for a night while transiting, easy to get to from airport with a free shuttle. Stay were lovely Room is great Bed was super soft and easy to sleep in. Loved the shower Breakfast is a must if you stay. The pool is great to escape the Hong Kong heat Great stay!

This place is top notch!!! Checking in the Executive Lounge was such an easy and stress free process not to mention the view of Discovery Bay while sippin a glass of Chianti was a nice touch. I love the breakfast the staff and it’s literally in the mall so the convenience of everything is all by this hotel. The free airport shuttle just made my trip that much more pleasurable

What a fabulous hotel close to the airport with a free shuttle bus. The rooms are great and the hotel is above a shopping mall so lots of choice for dinner.

Great boutique hotel. Small room but very well planned so felt cozy, not cramped. Great find in Tung Chung & very close to HK airport.

Brilliant stay. Very attentive friendly staff. Clean spacious well thought out rooms with comfy beds and amenities. Lovely cocktail bar and well equipped gym. Great transport links to HK island & Kowloon and airport shuttle service. Made full use of the fantastic shopping area and trekking around Lantau Island. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Check in was smooth and the service level of the staff is very high. Their airport shuttle doesn't run 24 hours so if you have a flight that arrives after 11:00pm, you'll need to take a taxi from the airport, about HKD65/$8 USD. Also, make sure to get cash in HKD as the blue taxis do not take credit cards. There is complementary water in the room however they are in recyclable brown boxes with a pull tab, not the typical clear plastic water bottles. It took me a while to figure this out. I don't know why this is a trend in the newer hotels, but there were a ton of light switches everywhere and the vanity sink area was very under lit. Really love this hotel and I will be back in about a week for 2 more nights here. Highly recommended, mostly due to the well trained and attentive staff. .
