This is the perfect place for the industrial area at Ringiskiddy, only a few minutes away on a quiet road. Once you have stayed here, you would never want to stay farther away. The hotel is in the centre of the town with good parking. Everything is in easy walking distance.

Value was being away from city centre. Good advice from reception staff to take bus into Cork and then walk to the Springsteen gig Saved a lot of taxis.

We stayed in many places throughout our weeks in Ireland, from small and quaint, to BnBs and larger hotel chains. This was the only one where we experienced rude staff. The front desk was fine but the kitchen staff were rude! We had paid for a brunch breakfast and after only 10 minutes were asked repeatedly if we were done. Then they started just clearing away our food. The restaurant was not busy and the food was not good nor cooked well. Would not stay here again! The room was adequate, and clean enough but lacking hot water. On the plus side, the building was pretty and parking was convenient. Not worth the rude staff though.

The staff where excellent, all so very friendly and lovely to us. I travel alot, and for a big hotel, I was taken back by the friendlyness and helpfulness of the staff, you don't see that enough anymore. We arrived late and was greated by a funny and friendly porter. The reception staff, in the pool and breakfast staff, all went out their way to help us. Would highly recommend

We did not enjoy our stay here and woke up very early to get up and out as soon as possible. The rooms were very dirty, hot and the windows did not open up all of the way (just a crack). The front desk did not have a fan for our rooms and it was a miserable night. The bathrooms were dirty, the toilet seat was broken and the overall smell of the hotel was of stale food. An alarm went off for over 30 minutes in the middle of the night and was loud outside our window. If you are traveling around Ireland to enjoy the beautiful views and countryside, this NOT the spot. The restaurant was overpriced and the food was not good. The restaurant staff however was very friendly.

Quick check-in and check-out process, on-site bar and restaurant (we had drinks, but didn't actually eat there, although they had a nice menu), easy parking (including right in front after we'd returned from an evening out), close to Cork.
