The room was clean with all the usual Japanese hospitality such as providing toiletries. pJ’s to wear and slippers. a/c worked great in the room. No a/c in the hallways on floor 17. The included breakfast was surprisingly great with traditional Japanese offerings. They also offered toast and cereal. The best part was the shuttle ride to the KIX airport which the hotel provided - it was very convenient.

Had a layover in NIX. We chose this on price, and it was a little exploration for us. An authentic little town and 2 stops from the airport by an easy to catch train. About a 5 min walk (if that) from tge station. Don't know if we got lucky with our room, but it was large, had a sofa seating area and massage chair in it. Excellent value

Stayed 1 night in this hotel to catch the early flight on next morning. The hotel is a short drive from Kansai airport and it provide free airport drop-off service which is convenient. The front desk staff is helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious for 5 adults, and beddings are comfortable. The hotel is a short walking distance from a subway/metro train station, and there are eateries/restaurants and supermarket in the vincinity.
