Really nice room and great view. Free shuttle is only in the early morning but doesn't really matter because the property is attached to the train station that took us right to the airport.

Great place for an early check in at the airport with the shuttle service. Takes the stress out of travelling out of Osaka on the day. Nice roomy rooms

Hotel was close to the train station and airport. Just 1 stop from the train station and the hotel had a free shuttle to the airport for certain times in the morning.
This hotel shared the breakfast dining with a connected hotel on the 52nd floor. Breakfast was great and views were amazing. The weather was poor, so there were a lot of clouds. But, when there was a clearing, it was a great view.
Room was clean and comfortable.
Would stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay where transportation is convenient and easy to navigate so you can see a lot without waiting for taxis. A great location for shopping, a Ferris wheel, restaurants, a comfortable stay and helpful staff

The staffs are very courtesy. During the first stay, I lost my charger at the hotel. I send a message to the hotel. They responded promptly and gave back my charger when I came to the hotel later. They also provide shuttle service to the airport, which is very convenient.
We enjoyed the startling view from the window of the hotel room. You can see the bay, the city, and the mountain.
If we visit the city again, we would like to stay this hotel again.

The property was conveniently next to the metro. It was easy to find, the staff was friendly and the room was comfy and spacious. Highly recommend for those needing to stay near the airport for their flights!
