Staff were really helpful and informative. Location is a little loud given that it is on the road but it isn't bad. Lots of parking.

Nice clean motel made from containers. Taxi from the airport was 3200 Yen but a bus 5 minutes away was 380 Yen to Terminal 2 at Narita Airport.
