Its not too close to narita but they provide shuttle service. Just if you miss one you have to wait a few hours. Furniture dated but we had fun at the california bar. That bartender was so amazing.

We like this hotel although we only stay for one night. It closer to the airport and they serve really good breakfast. The bus comes and pick you up in front of the hotel to go to the training station. This hotel also provide shuttle services to the airport but it come every 2 hours. Kind of a long wait.

Hotel located in remote area and the shuttles bus is small and infrequent. Almost can’t get on the bus to airport in the morning due to the small bus and many guests leaving at same time.

I like the complimentary airport shuttle, although, it is not by the hour, it is good. The complimentary buffet breakfast is nice. I was pleased that they have coin operated washer and dryer.

A nice hotel with a larger than normal Japanese size room . You needed the free airport or city shuttle to get there but relaxing as set in rural location .

I appreciated the airport shuttle. The shuttle was full so the hotel paid for us to take a taxi to the hotel. We didn’t take advantage of the onsen because I have tattoos and am not allowed on. Our room was clean and spacious, but it was quite noisy with lots of noise coming from the above room that sounded like stomping. We didn’t ask to switch rooms because we were tired and settled. The buffet is pricey, at 29,000 yen, but it did have a wide selection. We decided to walk to a nearby restaurant for dinner that took about 5 minutes. There’s not a lot around but we used it just for a nights rest before flying home to Canada.

I like that there was free shuttle service to the airport but I don't like the schedule about the bus thet going to Tokyo station, the last one was taking off at 630 pm.

The staff were very kind and helpful and the buffet was delicious. Great place to stay your first or last night when you want to be close to the airport.

This hotel is very far from restaurants, there shuttle bus times are very limited as well, breakfast is not worth the money , very limited and they dot replenish the items , tv has no English tv, the bathroom is like a airplane bathrooms and rooms are very small and no air conditioning
