This hotel is cheap (economy room) and free shuttle bus is excellent so we could leave luggage, visit Narita, then get to airport. The staff were nice, the onsen is good (750 yen) and the restaurant is good. The let down was the room, smell of damp, carpet disgusting, clump of hair etc...yuck! Bathroom was okay. The hotel is very '80s and needs refreshing. It looks tired.

Having bus service from the airport was great and drop.off at the train the next day was perfect. Room was very outdated and the garden wing we were in was extremely in jeed of refurbishment.

We only booked for one night upon arrival. The transfer from the airport was seamless. This hotel presents well at the front desk. The staff was awesome. Friendly and knowledgeable and went beyond expectation in helpfulness. Unfortunately our room was on the unrenovated side so it was not appealing. However the beds were acceptable and the linens very clean. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel and the food was excellent. If I stayed here again I would certainly book an updated room. One other factor is that the air traffic is quite loud until about 0100. After that the flights stop until the morning.

Was just okay! A little old, eating here was very very expensive. Tattooed people aren’t allowed in onsen which is understandable and does not at all reflect my review, just to let other travellers know.

This hotel's breakfast buffet was spectacular! The best Japanese buffet I have experienced. Considering the price of the room, this hotel is an extremely good deal. I would stay at this hotel again, if I need to stay in this area. Their free shuttle bus to/from the airport worked fine too (every 30 min though, it's close to the airport). And this hotel has a hot spring too, also there's a convenient store open for 24 hours located inside the store, where you can buy souvenirs, foods, drinks, etc.

I booked a garden view, and I was thrilled with spacious condition with great amenities. This is probably the best and most affordable hotel near Narita International airport that's so underrated. Breakfast buffet is great in super spacious dining restaurant atmosphere, and if you would like to experience onsen, pay extra 700 yen (go there between 4PM-7PM for nearly empty slot), and enjoy both indoor and outdoor bath. I was able to book for under $60, literally.

We stayed here the night we landed in Japan. Really handy to the airport and the staff were great. Had a lovely time in the onsen in the morning before heading off to Tokyo. Waking up to all the mature trees was a great bonus. Parts of the hotel seemed fairly tired but nothing that worried us.

This is our second time staying in Art Narita Hotel. The staff are nice, the family room with 3 beds are spacious and have a place for our luggages. The best part is the dining buffet breakfast! For 2600 yen per adults there are tons of variation when it comes to food as well as beverages and desserts! There is a bus shuttle from and to the airport.. we will definitely use this hotel again.

We have stayed many times and it is always convenient with the free shuttle from the airport and another one to the Aeon Mall. Lovely forrest & lake to enjoy as well as the Onsen at a small cost
