This hotel is perfect if you want to stay close by the Narita airport before your flight back. We were travelling with two young children. Staying here made it very easy for us to spend the night and enjoy their breakfast buffet (which was delicious and fresh) in the morning before heading on the shuttle bus back to the airport. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The self serve coin laundry service within the hotel was also very convenient.

The young lady at the concierge desk, Miss Cala, was delightful and helped us so much on three occasions. The breakfast was exceptional. The shuttle bus system works well and all staff team members were polite and well trained.
