We had a 9am flight at the Narita Airport so checking in to Hotel Nikko the night before could save us the hassle as the hotel offers free shuttle to the airport which was only a 6-min ride. But surprisingly the design of the hotel was very outdated though cleanliness, maintenance and service were good.

Shuttle from the NRT airport was helpful but it seemed a bit far from the airport. Drivers are very courteous. The room had a funny smell Not sure if it was still cigarette smoke. Windows can be open but you need to call down to their phone desk to have somebody unlock it for you. It's nice that they provide pajamas and slippers. Overall, does the job for 1 night.

comfortable stay. we were worried about the rooms being old and musty but no such experience. it was well maintained for the rooms we were in. shuttle was a nice feature and close proximity to narita made it easy for shuttle to city or next flight out easy in the morning or late night.

Hotel Nikko is very convenient being next to the Narita Airport and having a very good shuttle service. The hotel staff were incredibly nice and very helpful. The hotel is very dated and some parts were like a time capsule back to the 1980s which is kind of cool, but has a 'dated' feel to it. Otherwise the rooms were decent for the price.

Great hotel close to NARITA. Excellent shuttle service to and from NARITA. Breakfast was adequate but if you are a diabetic then sugarless items are a challenge. But I do highly recommend this hotel if you’re flying out of NARITA.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, it has an old-fashioned vibe, the room is very spacious and clean. The service from the staff is extraordinary, I have never been treated so well, they are not only efficient but considerate and gentle. The shuttle from/to Narita is great!
