Old property that could really use some updating. Entire hotel smells old and stale and our room smelled musty and smoky despite running the air purifier on high. Air conditioning was old fashioned with a dial control for high or low and was only adequate at lowest setting. The room was clean despite the smell. Airport shuttle was convenient and easy.

After a long flight we caught the free shuttle to the hotel (30 minutes) . The hotel was a bit dated and the room was sparse with a view of a parking lot. The service was kind and helpful and breakfast started early. There was a 7-11 in the lobby to help with jet lag hunger. A good one night stay before venturing into Tokyo

Great location near Narita airport, convenient Shuttle service, lots of great options for sightseeing around the area , good value for service, old hotel with nice updates, very helpful staff, room was very large and shower had amazing pressure- enjoyed. Very nice view from windows.

Very nice property. Clean and Quiet. Easy to and from the airport. Shuttle Service was efficient. More dining options would have been nice.
