Narita Garden hotel’s rooms are Huge in comparison with other Tokyo hotel rooms. They have a great shuttle service and they have a 7/11 inside their hotel and a mini mart within a few minutes walking distance. We always stay there

We have had pleasant stays here on previous visits through Tokyo, this recent overnight stay was also very satisfactory. The shuttle bus is a great convenient service. We especially enjoy their breakfast; very reasonable cost when paid for when booking a room. One thing that would be most helpful to anyone that might use a cell phone or laptop or cpap or any electric device : provide electric outlets near the bed. Rooms seem very dated without such essentials.

Stickler for the 3 pm check in and didn’t offer early check in for a price. Late check out fee was 800 yen an hour. Shuttle to the mall is free but standing room only so better to take a taxi and quicker and on your own time. Airport shuttle is fine and is a 30 minute ride as makes stops

A bit dated but staffs were excellent. For the price it can’t be beat. They’re even included breakfast and free shuttle, I felt like I was ripping them off

Clean , spacious , comfortable bed and efficient staff .. value for money for an overnight stay for an early morning flight. Only wished that they would have given me a bottle of drinking water as it was very hot. 7/11 downstairs near the elevator . View of the setting sun over the town of Narita and their temple was stunning ..

I must have picked the wrong time to travel, and I paid $100 for a Sunday night at this place. Staffs are nice, and the shuttle is very convenient. Pillows and blanket are comfortable. But the room looks way too simple (bed is very hard too) and outdated (bath tub and water tab) for the price. Recall that in US generally you can get 2-3 stars under one of the Marriot brands for this price, I was hoping to see something better. So in conclusion, it’s acceptable but I won’t come back if it’s $100. I prefer to explore more options around the area. $40-70 makes more sense

Shuttle service to and from the airport is easy. Nice that they also include a free shuttle to the mall and station. Mini mart is a 1 minute walk away which is affordable.

This was a wonderful place to stay after our long flight from the US. The rooms were quiet and clean. The decor was a little dated. It took about 30 minutes to and from Narita on the free shuttle. The breakfast buffet was amazing! It rivaled those I’ve had at five-star restaurants. The staff were kind and attentive.
