Main concern is that even though breakfast was included, they do not provide a to-go breakfast for those with early flights. We needed to be at the airport at 6AM, and breakfast started at 6:30. In cases like that, a to-go breakfast should be given.

Great for what it bills itself, an airport hotel. The shuttle was prompt, front desk were great. Only complaint was the bed. But thats probably because im a spoiled American

Excellent shuttle service to and from Narita Hotel. Fantastic buffet breakfast featuring Japanese and western cuisine. The on-site convenience store was a real plus…..souvenirs, snacks, whole meals, drinks, you name it! The desk clerks were quite proficient in English and very helpful. Great place for travelers.

Really easy to get the airport shuttle to the hotel. Breakfast was very nice. Staff were lovely at check in. Room was slightly small for a family of four with three suitcases.

Really good hotel with great airport transfers free with their really efficient regular coaches. Having a Lawson inside the hotel as well was perfect for those last minute bites to eat. Having a complimentary buffet breakfast and coffee every day was really nice and a pleasant extra! Wifi is exclusive to your room and the tv in the room has smart functions with the ability to login to all the streaming apps! Will definitely stay again!!!

Layover to catch flight tomorrow. It had convenient shuttle to airport, good room, good service. No restaurant, but food at Lawson convenient store was good.

Very basic hotel, but good price. Stayed here one night before the flight next morning. Would not have stayed longer. Breakfast was very limited. Transportation to the airport 15-20 minutes.
