Huge room and great bed, so lots to like here but a few issues around the design which are odd for such a new place. Water came out of the shower unit onto the very smooth floor and created a slip nightmare (Myself I prefer a separate bathroom not this room layout by the way). Also the design of the hotel creates a noise issue because its pretty much "open plan" in layout. Noise spreads all over the hotel. Odd design for an "airport" hotel. And the room doors had a loud slam. Furthermore its in a noisy neighborhood (some building noise throughout the night on our stay). Full marks to the porter who actually spoke some English (a rarity - as typical in Mexico the receptionists didn't) and was very helpful. Close to the airport and good minibus transfer.

Grat place to stay. Totally recommend. There is a 24 hr shuttle to the airport every 30 min. So no need to pay 300 at the airport. Only advice for the hotel: try to organize your customers that use the airport shuttle. Ask them to make a line or something.

Had an early flight the next day. The hotel accomodations were excellent and the hotel transportation to the MEX airport was timely.

The hotel is modern, near airport and has attentive staff.

One day before arrival, I called to make arrangements for airport pick-up and they told me to just call when I landed. When I landed, I called and they told me the wait would be about 1.5 hr wait so I ended up getting an Uber. The Uber was not expensive since the property is so close to the airport. The first night I stayed, the receptionist was a bit rude and I had to remind her about my VIP benefit and she seemed bothered. The second night, things started getting a bit better, the guy at the reception was so much nicer. The cleaning staff was nice and the restaurant staff was super nice. The food was delicious and the margaritas were great. This really helped because there was not that many dining options around and the area is not walkable. After the second night, I was able to have a better experience. I think it's important that the person at the reception is always friendly and nice because that's the first impression of the hotel. Overall, good experience as the facilities are also nice and clean.

Oyr stay was one night. It was a last minute stay because of flight delays. Service was great and eateries are on premises and nearby. For a last minute need, the room was adequate. It is in a very busy location, but great for us since we needed to be near the airport.
