Decent and confortable rooms, secured parking area, public transportation right outside the hotel, great value for your buck!

Close to airport and centro histórico, will continue to stay in this hotel every time that I visit CDMX

The hotel is great for the price. Service is generally good- except for one big problem. The hotel has rooms that face into the private parking area (quiet) - or towards the streets(noisy). Only ventilation is an open window. So I always ask when making my reservation for a room facing the parking. When I arrive, they have no idea about my request. I tried to talk to them about how to better reserve a room facing the parking in the future. I got no help. I’ve stayed here many times, and this time after 3 to 4 calls to the reception my room was changed to one facing the parking. So all in all it was great, but it seems like a lot of unnecessary work and I don’t like feeling that I have to be pushy, insistent. It’s more challenging because my Spanish is not great.

Disappointing experience. I had originally booked room for 2 adults and my 2 yr old. Last minute travel add on was my adult daughter. At check-in they charged me for the extra adult, which I can completely understand, another adult generates additional work. However, when it came to asking for additional towels, pillows and toilet paper the housekeeping lady was so bothered by it. Her attitude was rude and her face expression seemed aggravated by the request. If they were charging additional fees for the extra adult I would expect to have extra or enough of everything that is needed in the room.They room they placed me in was right next to a street lighting pole which shined the window all night long. The shower door was broken and the bathroom floor got flooded. We’d have to wait before the next person could shower. I did speak to front desk and they did send the maintenance guy ( he was so polite unlike the housekeeper). They at least tried to fix that. I had booked from 12-08 to 12-13, I left two days earlier. The front staff was polite but not really helpful. When I checked out one of the staff members offered to change my room but it was too late I had already made another reservation at another hotel. The property seemed beautiful and well maintained but once you get there it’s not what you expect. The publicity photos are enhanced to look more appealing but it a complete disappointment.

Really good free breakfast, really clean and sweet workers. Recommend if you wanna be near the airport. It was about a 10 min drive from there

I always stay here for a overnight layover when passing through. Clean rooms and hot shower. Suitable breakfast also.

It looks a lot different than the online photos, not to say it was horrible, just not what I expected. No air conditioning, Wifi sucks and when I checked in, a ID was requested and not returned. Also there is not much to do. No restaurants, bars around. But not bad for the price. It was close to the airport and that’s what I needed.

My stay was pretty pleasant. I booked 2 nights,I checked in close to midnight and the guys at the counter were very pleasant and fast. When we got to our room it was nice and quiet. The room it self was very minimalistic but we were only there to sleep. It was very clean. Next morning we went down for breakfast. They had someone serving the hot food, and cereal, coffee, fruit and milk and juice were self serve. Everything went well. Every one was nice and the hotel even had a free virtual guide that help you get a taxi if needed.

We stayed here on 3 occasions and all were very good. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Rooms on the 3rd floor are renovated and have more electric plugs. Rooms and beds are very large. No classic breakfast during the pandemic, but there is coffee and a packed breakfast to pick up at the reception desk. Easy to walk to downtown or to the bus terminal, otherwise the Metrobus stops just in front of the hotel. The is less than 10 min. away by taxi. Local friends told us the area is unsafe to walk around at night but we didn’t have any issues at all.

Nice hotel close to the airport. A few fast food restaurants close to the hotel. Only bad point is the bad internet.
