The courtesy bus took 50 minutes to come pick me up from airport when they said they would be about 20 minutes they where late because the driver had went to McDonald's to pick up tea for a family member

Good place to stay, close to the airport and with a great shuttle service. Bathroom in our room was in need of a renovation, shower curtain had mildew around the bottom.
Staff are friendly and helpful.

I appreciated the shuttle, the worker was so calm and patient when explaining where to meet them. I needed to leave something at the front desk to be picked up and theh were very helpful. The food at the restaurants was yummy and I was glad to not have to go out again.

There was a major Worldwide IT crash The morning of my stay. My United flight was canceled. I requested the staff to my TV into any news station. They did not offer any new stations. Apparently they cater the choice of TV channels to their Indian staff more than they cater to their New Zealand customers.

Property is very old, room was clean, bathroom was outdated. Its very close to the airport, hence why we stayed at this hotel.
Hardly got any sleep due to the noise levels, was extremely noisy at some point.
Room had a small heater, did not feel safe leaving it on all night. Tea and coffee provided and for milk it was powdered milk.

The cleanliness and staff at the reception are beyond and above any expectations. The area is quiet and safe. The shuttle service is really nice and efficient. Tea and coffee are available inside the room, even a microwave. Due to bad weather, it was pretty cold but a heater was available and it worked well. You can select the temperature of the water for the shower, which is great. Highly recommend.
