Very convenient to the airport with free shuttle. Concierge staff were friendly and very helpful. Restaurant on premises and pub with good food near by. The hotel has good accommodation at a reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a place to stay overnight near the airport.

Good choice for people with early flights from Auckland airport. Free shuttle even at 3.30am. They also picked us up from the car rental office after dropping oof a car.

The staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable and clean. The shuttle from and to the airport was convinient and breakfast was just what we needed.

Stayed her efor the 6tg time. Normally has been good . First, it took an hour for tge shuttle to come. Cold like hell. A family with 3 small kids suffered. Apparently shitt staffed. Room 227 is above the AC units. Noisy like hell. Avoid. Agter a 35 hour jiurney, sllep was all i wanted. Will still use this hotel due to past better experience
