JetPark Hotel Auckland Airport

Well appointed hotel close to the airport with a free shuttle service, 24/7 reception and friendly staff

We enjoy staying at JetPark. It’s convenient and comfortable and the shuttle is easy to use. We’ve been disappointed with their vegan/vegetarian options in the restaurant so we choose not to eat here anymore but everything else is great.

Wet nice. The room had everything we needed. Nice eating area. Shuttle to the airport! We would go back.

A great place for a one night stay close to the airport. Free airport transfers made it easy to get to and from airports.

Eftpos and JetPark systems not talking to each other and at checkout staff tried to charge again for my dinner. Fortunately I had the eftpos receipt so they accepted that.This should have been sorted by the dinning staff as discussed with them. Poor sleep with noise of guests getting shuttle to airport in early hours. Certainly not worth the extra cost for the better room.

First time here and it was just what we needed for our 1 night stay in Auckland, with parking while we took a flight for a few days. Because we booked through Hotels.com we had to pay $8 per day for the parking, but that was not an issue. It was perfect, plenty of parks, safe and extremely convenient to have the shuttle take us back and forth to the airport as well. Excellent facility so close to the airport. The room we booked was a Standard with Queen Bed. Yes, it was for 1 night, but.... a teaspoon instead of a wooden stick would have been preferable. Other than that, the small kitchenette was handy to make a cuppa. Bed was comfy, bathroom was really nice with good shower. The dining area was a great facility to have for our late arrival. The dinner was tasty, ample, good price and came in a good time. Service from the staff was excellent in the dining room, and the same in reception - couldn't fault them. Even though we didn't have any, there was also a nice choice of delicacies in the food cabinet if the menu was not what you wanted. All in all, would definitely stay here again - great price for what you got. Thank you!

I was traveling with two dogs. When I checked in, I was informed that the room I had booked was not pet friendly (my mistake). The lady at the reception was lovely and really helpful and managed to upgrade me to a pet friendly room. Amenities were very clean, the beds were super comfortable, the large TV was easy to use... Everything we needed after a very stressful day with dogs in an airport.

It was underwhelming. Checking in was bedlam bc hotel had bus loads of cancelled flights with airlines. It was madness.
