Great location close to the Remarkable Shopping Centre and our room had a fabulous view of the mountains.
Comfy bed and great bathroom facilities.
Friendly staff and onsite parking. We were guests for 11 nights, great for a longer stay

I received a ticket while staying on the hotel property because the hotel DID NOT have enough parking spaces. I actually parked in a valid space, but one wheel was on the grass (so I would not impeded other traffic) and the hotel DID NOT give me a parking permit even though I rold them I was renting a car (and how to catch bus to rental car agency which they told me how to catch the bus). Last, the older lady working the desk when i checked out was really sour and rude. Not helpful at all.

Easy location near the airport and in between both major ski mountains. 15-20 minute drive to downtown Queenstown but super hard during peak times. Room was comfortable and surprisingly very quiet even though we were so close to the airport. Parking was free but was on first-come-first basis, but we never had issues. Drying room in basement for snow gear. Housekeeping took a while to make up room some days. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Our accommodation was fine. A large lounge area plus separate bedroom and ensuite. The bed was super comfy. The (minor) downside was that you could hear the plumbing - which is not ideal. Close to a good cafe (at the Ramada) and the airport. It was also very quiet.

Our stay here was okay. The bed was very lumpy as were the pillows. We asked at reception but they didnt have any other pillows to swap out. The walls in the room had alot of marks and dings all over them which was strange for a new hotel, however the room was a good size. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was fine as we had a car but could be problematic if you are using public transport. Easy parking onsite. Great view of the Remarkables.

Quiet hotel. 15 minutes walk 4 min drive to supermarket. Cafe 10 min walk. Friendly staff. Has coffee and toasted sandwich etc, available for purchase in lobby area. 20 min to Queenstown by car. Less than 10 min to Queenstown airport. Warm hotel

Great location close to the airport and away from the noise of central Queenstown - which is only a 10-15 min drive away. Like other reviews, free parking is at a premium on the hotel grounds and insufficient for the size of the hotel - we knew this prior to booking however.
The room itself was basic but was warm and clean. Pillows were very thin and our room had a persistent high pitch sound coming from the wall throughout our 5 nights there.
The hotel was suitable for a short term stay but we would likely book elsewhere on our next visit.

Had a wonderful stay with my family, we stayed for a week, the staff were very friendly and helpful, we were lucky with parking, had no issues. Close to shops, cafe’s restaurants and only an hour drive to the Cadrona snow fields.
