Found that the directions on hotel.com were not correct to where the property was. If it’s busy there is not a lot of parking at the property. There is parking near by but does have a cost. Good room for one night

No restaurant on site- had to go to Holiday Inn to eat. No shuttle service to airport. Tiny towels and no facecloth. Surprised that reception closed at 9pm. Definitely would not stay there again.

The property is located at the very neighbourhood of the airport and remarkables shopping park. It offers excellent location to explore Queenstown and a relaxed place to enjoy the quiet time. I would highly recommend this place as staff are friendly and helpful 😊

We didn't like how hard the beds were but everything else was great, better communication on the park as we got a parking ticket we weren't told about that

The lack of parking is quite disgraceful. Don’t go here if you have a vehicle and would like to park it at the hotel. The servicing of the room was cursory!

Good, clean comfortable place to stay if you just staying overnight & catching flight next day, 5 min to the airport. Small room, no bar or restaurant after hours in the hotel.

Very smooth and easy check in process, room was perfect - had plenty of space and was comfortable. Handy location as able to walk to the airport (was a bit brisk in the morning!) and close to restaurants etc. Plenty of transport options to get into the centre of Queenstown.

This is a brand new hotel that is in a tourist town and failed to include enough parking places to accommodate the number of hotel guests. We arrived at 10:15 pm and front desk was closed for night. Key was in a lockbox and found out in morming that I had illegally parked in a parking spot owned by a neighbor. Overflow parking is in a pay for parking lot several hundred yards away from hotel.
