The location was near shopping, eateries and the beach. There is direct access to the beach and laundry on the premises. Easy check in and reserved parking in a secure parking garage. There is a gym and concierge service as needed.

The apartment we stay inside the unit felt moist all the time , no music like they told me in the lobby it was a old builing we spend most of the time out of the unit due to the moisture and the damp mess in the room and the parking garage. Also the advertisement of the outside place was totally off. They need to update the advertisement.

I down graded my rating from 4 stars to 3 stars because the pool was not in operation. It has been under construction since May of 2023! I think the ad should have mentioned that. We never saw the downstairs restaurant open, the stove is wedged in sideways next to a washer and dryer that are not hooked up, very hard to cook on. There were coin operated washers and dryers several floors down, but who wants to spend vacation in a laundromat. You could only use the beach until 6 PM. It was easy to contact the property manager and he responded to our questions within a short time period. The view from the balcony was very nice, however, you are looking over the tops of other buildings to see the water. We were within walking distance to several restaurants, there was on site free parking for our rental car, and the fitness center was easy to access. I might stay again for a short stay, but not for anything longer than 2 days. The pool was a main reason for choosing this property.

This is an efficiency room - so not much to write about. Clean and comfortable. Quiet and relaxing. "Kinda" view of the ocean (and full view of airport). Beachfront and lots of stores, restaurants, etc nearby - so great for walking. Gym is good enough for most workouts except true powerlifting. Pool under repairs and building in need of lots of maintenance, so that's why 4 stars for property condition - nothing to do with actual unit.

The property was very clean and well kept. The photos for this property show a pool, hot tub, two bars, and a computer area. None of those things were functional and we were not notified. The pool and the bars were the selling point for choosing this property and we were extremely disappointed. We had the same towels the entire week and they should have been changed out halfway through the week. The tv in the room is old and has a bad picture and goes in and out. We brought this up with the manager and we’re told to use the remote. Duh!! Still didn’t work. The noise from the airport goes all night long. We felt safe until we witnessed a shooting from our balcony on day 2. Once we complained about this property, the manager found “stains” on towels and bedsheets after we left and charged us. I do not recommend this property if you are expecting a pleasant stay. We were thoroughly disappointed.
