The worst service and experience I have ever experienced. Lack of communication regarding shuttle booking and service. We have booked for an early departure to airport but unfortunately the booking was not made and we had to argue and negociate to go

Great hotel to stay after long travel, Jeddah airport is excellent hub and this hotel is very convenient and shuttle is available from the airport, room is so clean and comfortable. Really excellent. Thank you
