Staff were very welcoming and helpful in our overnight stay before flying out. We got two tea’s whilst waiting for our transport to airport and staff didn’t charge us, which was a lovely touch to our very short stay.

We had a strange experience where because we had forgotten to say 2 people will be using the room the checkin staff insisted that my husband get an upgrade for $80.00 if he wanted to stay in the same room. We had travelled 2.5 hours in severe rain and flooding, it was 1 a.m. and we were so tired and hungry and we were shocked to hear about the extra payment. Finally we told them we were husband and wife and the guy at the checkin said he would give us a courtesy upgrade and not charge for an extra person in the room. It was a most unpleasant experience.

I liked it overall and would go back They need to have a free shuttle like every respectable hotels and to leave the customers under the mercy of taxi drivers who jack up the prices outrageously They also need to have more garbage baskets in the room

Clean & quite, but I did not like the A/C. I also left the car to be taken to the basement parking. However, I was shocked when check out of the hotel and asked for my car. It was in the parking outside under direct sun the since morning.

Super friendly staff and very convenient to the airport and the Mall of Arabia. The mall was a 5 minute walk (no real sidewalks but it was ok). About a 20 minute drive from the old historical center. Strong WiFi signal too :-).

normally stay in other locations in Jeddah but needed to be by the airport for an early morning flight out of the North Terminal (International). Although this is really by the South Terminal, it is the highest quality property near the North and, being only around 5 years old, is in excellent condition. It is managed by the al Hokair family, a top-notch hospitality hotelier in the Kingdom.
