ibis budget Zurich Airport

Everything is okay, just very limited. No refrigerator, the room is not spacious. But it's worthed for the money. You have to buy for parking, thou (20 CHF)

The Ibis Budget is exactly what it sounds like—a budget hotel in a big city near the airport. This means it’s great if you want somewhere cheap to stay before or after flying in or out of Zurich International. The tram stops a couple hundred feet from the entrance and comes by regularly, so airport access is excellent. It is, however, a budget hotel. We had a family room for 3 with a bunk and a queen bed; we got that, an overly exposed shower, and a toilet area that doesn’t have a locking door. The biggest oddity is the shower having frosted glass but also being located directly opposite a large mirror, meaning someone in bed can basically see someone showering (this was the family room). Otherwise, the staff was friendly, they have a fair selection of quick food in their vending machines, and it wasn’t unclean.

I think that ibis airport is easy to access from airport, but it is very far from the downtown. Also, its price is cheaper than other hotels, but the room is extrememly narrow. When I ask necessary services and questions, they usually tell the price at first so I was not quite happy with their sayings.

The rooms are VERY small. And the shower is in the same room as the beds - there is ZERO privacy when showering. The tram starts its run the airport at 4:55am so if you have to be at the airport sooner - you have to take a taxi. The staff ordered the taxis - which was very helpful.

Just what we needed with our flight was canceled.

Nice and comfy hotel close to the airport. Easy parking in the basement. Nice pizzeria next to the hotels for late dinner

Good place for spending the night before taking a flight out of the Zurich airport. Conveniently located near public transport (tram) and close to the airport (ca. 10-15 min), while not noisy. Relatively close to downtown Zurich (ca. 30 min). Sink and shower a bit small, bed was comfortable, room was clean but a bit small and nothing special. Reasonable price for what it is - a clean and convenient budget hotel.

From airport to the hotel needs shuttle. Parking CHF 20 per day.

This property is really worth to stay. It is close to the airport and the price is very reasonable. Small but efficient. Very clean!
