Arrived at the hotel early in the morning. Daniel at the check-in was very accommodating in making sure we got our room as early as possible, even before the formal check-in time, in order that we can rest after our overnight flight. We greatly appreciated this gesture.
The room was very clean, new, modern and quiet. The soundproofing from both outside traffic, planes and neighbours was excellent. The frequent airport shuttle was convenient.

Perfect hotel for staying while visiting Zurich of on trip to another destination. Service in restaurant could be better and parking fee of 25 franks a bit high.

We stayed for one night only prior to catching our flight. The hotel advertised that there is a sauna and steam room, but both were out of order. I read other reviews from previous guests mentioning the same issue. I would’ve picked a different hotel if I knew the facilities at this hotel weren’t in order.

Great hotel close to airport. We had a shuttle in the morning. Room was great and it had air conditioning.

Convenient location with Subway and McDonalds nearby. Only issue was finding the shuttle. The email said a different waiting area and I missed the shuttle. If possible please include a photo or map of the shuttle waiting area to make it easier to find.

This was a great stay at the airport. Unfortunately there is almost nothing nearby, and what there is closes very early. The airport shuttle is a great idea, but one of the drivers was a complete jerk. Hotel check in staff was also not so good. But the place is nice overall.

Courteous and friendly staff, and the property was clean and well-appointed. It's in a commercial area which is to be expected for an airport hotel, but it's an easy few-minute walk to the Rumlang train station which is a short ride to Zurich center.

Fantastic hotel-free shuttle from the airport, 5mins walk to that station with only a 15mins trip into the centre of Zurich. Friendly staff, quick check in, clean room which was a decent size, super comfy bed & pillow plus a rest/cafe/bar downstairs. Also very good pricing. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a lovely 2 night stay.
